OMEGA-3: Excellence in Lost Wax Casting
An induction heating precision casting machine developed for you to achieve top-tier jewelry.
Advanced Heating Technologies: Fast induction melting with PMS (Pulse Mixing System) and SHS (Soft Heating System) to prevent overheating and related temperature drops.
Maximum Precision: Independent and continuous vacuum/pressure control in different chambers; close distance between the crucible and the cylinder.
User-Friendly & Safe: Color touch screen with 100 storable programs, automatic or manual operation modes, continuous diagnostics of alarms and security sensors, and system parameter printing at the end of the cycle.
ZEUS-5: Vertical Continuous Casting for Wire, Plate, and Tube
A vertical induction furnace designed for continuous casting of precious alloys, with an optional melting temperature of 1500°C for special alloys.
Independent Power Control: Crucible and die are heated by two generators and two inductors, offering independent regulation of power and temperature.
Flawless Pulling and Speed: Excellent casting even with low-carat alloys and difficult sections thanks to a powerful pulling system featuring four rollers, stepper motors, and pneumatic control. High working speed is ensured by the double cooling system of the die.
Oxygen-Free Melting: Perfect homogeneity of the alloys via PMS technology and an "oxygen-free" melting chamber with in-and-out gas saturation.
Practical Operation: The aluminum casing is easily and quickly removable to change consumables. It features a silent working plant, self-diagnosing system, and a printer for data and set recipes.
GAMMA (GAMMA-1): The Hallmark for Hardening
A vacuum and purged nitrogen furnace designed to substantially increase the mechanical resistance and hardness of products made from all gold, silver, and copper-based alloys.
Perfect Surface Protection: Provides absolute homogeneity of the results without oxidation, preserving the shining color of the finished products with a surface cleaning effect. It is also suitable for the treatment of casting products with precious stones.
Superior Technology: Working cycle in a vacuum chamber with nitrogen gas injection, heating treatment chamber with internal ventilation of the inert gas, and purging at the beginning of the cycle.
Full Automation: Automatic heating and forced cooling cycles programmable by PLC. The operator is guided step-by-step by the "GB HIGH-TECH" touch screen video for furnace setting.
